The programme performance measures each area to a simple-to-use classification of A,AA,and AAA so that:>
- performance at each site is measured
- comparisons between sites can be made, both over time and with other sites in the same organisation
- performance of the company in each area can be made
- a colour coded spreadsheet is produced so that the information on the status of each site and its comparison to all other sites can easily be carried out. This in turn is used to:
- Allocate resources and even premium contributions from each site
- Build fire safety awareness at all levels by publication of these results
- Measure change - the objective is to obtain AAA status for all areas at each site
- Identify common problem areas without the need to analyse long reports
A comprehensive report is produced to indicate clearly why a grading is allocated and a flexible approach is taken in reaching a solution to achieve AAA status for each area at each site.
- There is global consistency in report production
- Only our own trained risk engineers are used
- Engineers are locally based in all continents
- Reports can be written both in English and the local language
