Affinity

ACE's Affinity division provides insurance services for Local Authority Employers, Employees and their families, also other associated groups such as Students of Schools, Colleges and Volunteer organisations which fall within the Authorities' responsibility.

Employer & Employee Benefit
Providing vital help and support in the event of an insured employee suffering an accident anywhere in the world. Benefits could include as an example:-
A substantial payment in the event of an accidental death or permanent disability which would immediately limit the financial impact on the Authority or provide financial support to the employee and his or her family.

Education
Schools Off-Site Activities - Management

Every school insured with us receives a password giving access to the eduvia.com web site. This comprehensive package will help schools ensure that Off-Site Activities are undertaken safely. The package includes:-

  • An introduction to help staff understand their legal and moral responsibilities when sanctioning and organising a school trip.
  • A guide for teachers giving information, advice and checklists - which takes them through all of the necessary considerations and actions they need to take when organising a school trip.

Off-Site Activities - Insurance:
Because we believe that safer journeys will result from using the safety information and as administration is kept to a minimum, we are able to maintain a low cost school journeys insurance for the schools. Schools insure their Off-Site Activities using a premium based on per pupil or full-time equivalent teacher
