ACE Strengthens Engineering Expertise With New Appointment


London11th February 2010

ACE European Group (ACE) has announced the appointment of Imran Malhi as Account Engineer for its property business. Imran will provide value-added property services including client management, risk consulting and hazard management services to both UK and multinational clients across a range of industry sectors.

 

Commenting on Imran’s appointment, Anthony Pruyssers, Director of ACE European Group’s Risk Management Services said: “ACE offers its clients a strong engineering capability and Imran’s experience will further enhance the services we can provide. He will play a key role within our European engineering network which includes 50 specialist engineers dedicated to servicing clients across our property, casualty, marine, energy and technical lines of business.”

 

Imran joins ACE from Marsh Risk Consulting where he was a Senior Consultant. He previously held a Consultant Engineer position with FM Global. He has extensive experience across a range of industry sectors including manufacturing, food, pharmaceuticals, retail, financial services and technology in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

 

Before entering the insurance market Imran held engineering positions with companies including Rolls-Royce plc, Matsushita Electric Works Ltd and Gaz de France.  Imran has an MSc in Engineering Management from Brunel University and is a chartered member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineering.
