Notes to Editors
In February 2008, Underwriters based in ACE’s Glasgow branch office relocated into the company’s larger Broomielaw office which houses the centralised service centre for much of ACE European Group's business.
Underwriting, policy registration, document issuance, premium collection and claims processing is all undertaken at the Broomielaw office.
The Broomielaw office opened in August 2006 and quickly grew from two to 200 staff by the year end. Premium booked by the teams in Broomielaw amounts to around $1.5bn, and there is a print and fulfilment centre which produces on average 25,000 business packs per month.
