ACE Europe has announced the appointment of Pat Drinan as National Distribution and Development Director for the UK & Ireland.
In this new role Pat will be responsible for developing broker relationships and distribution of ACE’s products throughout the UK and Ireland via its eleven offices.
Working with the ACE development and underwriting teams Pat will concentrate on enhancing our client and broker service proposition, using both traditional and technology driven methods. Commenting on the appointment Pat said “ACE with its financial strength, global reach and capabilities and enviable product portfolio is in a strong position. I am confident of ACE’s ability to become the preferred carrier in our chosen sectors due to the quality of our people and products throughout the UK and Ireland.”

Pat Drinan joined ACE in 2003 and spent a number of years running the ACE D&O department, transforming it into one of the leading Primary markets in the UK & Ireland. In 2007 he took on the role of National Distribution Director and has played a key role in transforming ACE’s 11 branch operations so they are customer facing, empowered and positioned to deliver superior service.
