We at ACE are committed to providing you with the highest level of service possible in a prompt, fair and efficient manner. We also recognise within this commitment the importance of proactively planning for any eventuality, as well as the value of good communication with our customers and business partners.
We take our service commitments very seriously indeed, however on rare occasions, unavoidable circumstances can arise which may impede our endeavours in this respect and in exceptional circumstances our normal service standards could become impaired.
In such an eventuality, we may be required to consider the implementation of alternative service arrangements. However, please note that even then you can be assured of our intentions to continue in the best possible manner in respect to our claims handling services.
We will always, of course, keep all of our customers and business partners fully appraised of any change in our ability to provide normal service through regular messages posted in this WEBSITE.
